Shaping Policy Discourse

On the proposed personal data protection regulation for most of our technology clients, we worked closely with a group of policy experts across academia, civil society, sectoral industry associations to sensitise lawmakers on the necessary changes in the bill for building a robust data protection ecosystem. We conducted closer door roundtables, developed policy briefs, and one-to-one interaction with lawmakers to shape policy discourse. The majority of the recommendations were expected by the government's bodies and members of parliament.
